VORA — Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
By downloading or using VORA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
VORA is an app that helps you save things you might need later and brings them back when they become relevant. It works on your device. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”) also applies; where these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for matters it covers.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VORA on Apple devices you own or control, according to the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
3. Free trial and subscription
- VORA includes a 5-day free trial starting the first time you open the app. When it ends, the app is locked until you subscribe.
- The subscription is yearly and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- You can restore a previous subscription with “Restore purchase”.
4. Your content
Your screenshots, photos, links and everything you save remain yours. We do not receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to save what you add.
5. Automatic reading can be wrong
VORA reads text, dates and amounts automatically and may be wrong or miss things. Do not rely on VORA as the only way to remember anything important (payments, deadlines, flights, medical appointments). Reminders are conveniences, not guarantees.
6. Acceptable use
Use VORA lawfully and only with content you are entitled to use. Do not try to interfere with the app, its purchases or Apple’s services.
7. Third-party sites
Links you add and open lead to third-party websites that we do not control. Their content, terms and privacy practices are theirs.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, missed reminders or missed deadlines. Keep your own backups. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the current version is always at this address. You may stop using VORA at any time by cancelling the subscription and deleting the app.
